Payments and Shipping details
All payments are made securely using the PayPal button below the product image.
Please refer to the necklace and bracelet size information whilst shopping, as most sets (unless otherwise stated) fall between 14 and 17inches for necklaces and 6.5 to 8 inches for bracelets. If your preferred measurement differs, send a message through the contact form to confirm the availability before purchase.
Processing of orders takes up to 5 working days, after which your order will be shipped.
We currently use Royal Mail and all tracking numbers provided will be valid on your country’s post office website tracking section.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
What you see as the image is what is boxed and posted out to you so we ensure all items leave in perfect condition. However, we are unable to control shipping company logistics and delivery handling. If you receive any items damaged, kindly notify us immediately after receipt of package, we will require photos of the damaged items received.
Please note – Refunds and replacements will not be given due to a change of mind or from misunderstanding of product information/dimensions. All details and dimensions have been provided, kindly email if you need any further information/clarification or assistance.

From time to time we have sales or promotional events which are a great way to own prime. Keep an eye out for these events and take full advantage. The particular items would be marked down and are sold on a first come first served basis as most of Loyatobs Creations are limited edition pieces. If an item you like is sold please feel free to contact us, we may be able to remake a similar version or a customised version for you.
