At Loyatobs Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Your Right to Return Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at loyatobs@hotmail.co.uk with your order number. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Postage Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items Contact us immediately and we will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
